Typescript error when using strict rules

transforming (109) src/stores/persist.tssrc/main.ts:8:21 - error TS7016: Could not find a declaration file for module 'vue-timeago3'. '/home/aarhus/vue-app/node_modules/vue-timeago3/dist/vue-timeago.es.js' implicitly has an 'any' type.
There are types at '/home/aarhus/vue-app/node_modules/vue-timeago3/dist/vue-timeago.d.ts', but this result could not be resolved when respecting package.json "exports". The 'vue-timeago3' library may need to update its package.json or typings.
