Global configuration files for frequently used tools #189
Description
Currently, there are a couple of important tools that are used in many different toolchains (LoadGeometry, PhaseIIADCCalibrator, ...). There are hence a lot of copies of the configuration files for those tools in each toolchain, although the configuration is usually always the same.
As suggested by @marc1uk, we could create a directory of default configuration files which could be cross-referenced by other tools and would remove the need for the huge number of copies of configuration files.
Tools that are potential candidates for getting a default configuration file are:
