🏥 Medicine Tracker Feature for BabyNest

🌟 Feature Description

The BabyNest application aims to provide a seamless experience for moms managing their baby's health and wellness. To enhance this, we propose adding a Medicine Tracker feature that will help moms keep track of necessary medications and receive timely reminders to take them.

🔍 Problem Statement

Managing medications can be challenging, especially for new moms balancing multiple responsibilities. Missing doses or incorrect timing can affect both the mom's and baby’s health. The lack of an organized system for tracking medicine intake often leads to confusion and missed doses.

🎯 Expected Outcome

• A structured and user-friendly system for tracking medications.
• Accurate reminders to help users adhere to their medication schedule.
• A history log to maintain records of taken medications.
• Improved user experience and health management within the BabyNest app.

📋 Feature Requirements

🏥 Medicine List

• Allow users to add, edit, and delete medications.
• Include fields such as:
  • Medicine name
  • Dosage
  • Frequency (daily, weekly, custom intervals)
  • Start and end date.

⏰ Reminders

• Implement a customizable reminder system that:
  • Generates notifications based on set frequency and time.
  • Allows customization of reminder times and notification sounds.

📜 History Log

• Maintain a log of all medications taken, including:
  • Date and time of each dose.
  • Missed doses alert.
  • Option to mark a dose as taken or skipped.

🎨 User Interface

• Design a user-friendly and intuitive interface:
  • A dedicated Medicine Tracker section within the BabyNest app.
  • Clear visual representation of upcoming and missed doses.
  • Simple and accessible input method for adding and managing medications.
  • Consistency with BabyNest’s existing design and theme.

💾 Database

• Store medicine data securely in the database.
• Sync data across devices if the user is logged in from multiple accounts.
