Review Fit Peaks tutorial

I am able to successfully reproduce the fits using the exercise file data, but when I try to use my own data, the Cell Index/Refine / Index Cell command doesn’t return any results. It does produce indexes for the peaks in Index Peak List, but they don’t match very well.

Any idea what I am doing wrong? I’m not using a .prm file; do I need that?
