[FEATURE] Extra layer of security

It would be nice for this great tool to have an extra layer of security so that access to socks server to be defined in config by allowing a particular IP address or subnet ex: 192.168.0.1/24

Thank you for your suggestion. Due to certain reasons, I haven't been maintaining this tool for a long time. However, I will be restarting its development next year. Stay tuned! BTW PR is definitely welcome! @konkhra
