[Feature Request] Adding Foundry template for smart contracts

I absolutely love bts for starting up my projects. However as a smart contract dev it I though it might be cool to have a smart contract framework add-on for bts.

I'm not sure though if adding smart contract framework templates is beyond the scope of BTS.
