Get rid of type annotations and type definitions in TaskModule and Model

Again, never a fan of these as even I got confused most of the time as to what's even going on. Also all these typedefs of Dict[X, Y] are real annoying. The users are certainly much for comfortable with primitive type annotations or even no type annotations than these super complicated ones.
