System apps crashing (CMD, regedit)

So basically I'm using the old atlas os iso file that I have from 2023 and this is like the third time I'm reinstalling it, Im not sure is it the OS fault or not because I didn't have this issue in the past but this is a pretty fresh install and i haven't really modified it so I thought ill just ask here, title basically explains it when ever I try to open apps like CMD or regedit it opens for half a second and then crashes and i've tried using sfc /scannow but it didn't fix anything.

Soooo, I don't know where did these come from (WinAlert, WinSysApp, commgr) but turns out these were causing the problems, and i thought those were system apps or something, but disabling them the issue is fixed.

Update Atlas by following the guide provided at the official site. The old iso is no longer supported and you will not receive any support for it here. If you're holding onto the old iso due to you thinking that it holds any benefit over our current mode of installation, it doesn't, assuming you have mildly competent hardware.
