[Bug]: Rounded tabs dont turn on at all #612

Describe the bug
I've been trying to turn on rounded tabs but they just don't, no error or anything. On Intellij 2025.3 but it hasn't worked for every version I've used since rounded tabs were added.
To Reproduce
- Open settings
- Enable rounded tabs
Expected behavior
Rounded tabs are expected to be turned on.
