Guest Author names displaying incorrectly on posts #1131

I am using the Co-Author plugin to add Guest Authors to a post. In the back end the Guest Author's names are displaying correctly but when I view the post as the end user, the Guest Author's name is displaying the same name as the lead author. For example: It should display as "Authors: Mike Smith, Jane Doe, John Doe", but instead it displays as "Authors: Mike Smith, Mike Smith, Mike Smith"
