Check for APIM compliant C# syntax #162

Proposal

I don't know if this is a bug or a feature request, so I go with feature request.

I noticed that more often than not, I'm using C# syntax elements that are too 'new' or otherwise unsupported by APIM. The most prominent example would be the null-conditional operator (?.).

It would be nice if APIM PT could check for the existence of unsupported C# code and fail during creating of the xml.
