Add UN Foundation logo

With the launch of two Digital Impact Alliance projects — Business Model Sustainability Toolkit and the Digital Transformation Indicator Library, both elegantly named — we have officially delivered work for the UN Foundation, which was the contract client for those projects. 🎉

We've received the UNF's blessing to use their logo in our client listing, in adherence with their very reasonable brand guidelines:

We should add this to the "Allies and Benefactors" section of the website.
