Make basis package author values consistent #485

Describe the bug?
2 of the basis related packages has an author field whereas the remaining do not.
The author field should either be present and consistent for all appropriate packages or removed from the 2 packages shown in the screenshot below.
The expected behavior
For organization in the Package Manager listing, I suggest adding an appropriate consistent author name/url to the package manager to easily denote what is and isn't specifically Basis code. (eg: CILBox is separate and not basis-dependent and wouldn't be under the basis author)
