Not able to run the `bes-dev-kit generate report scorecard`

While trying to run bes-dev-kit generate report scorecard gives below error:

<urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1002)>

Below commands work fine :

curl https://api.securityscorecards.dev/projects/github.com/Be-Secure/jackson-databind
