Description

An error is thrown when generating report for a project and the version file for that project is not present in the user's system.

Expected behaviour

Code should handle this situation by giving a proper message.

Actual behaviour

The report file is generated and an error is thrown.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run bes-dev-kit generate-report criticality_score
   • Enter OSSP id: 425
   • Enter OSSP name: zaproxy
   • Enter version: v2.11.1
