RAM and TPS lag in settings #2698
Description
Expected behavior
Make a 1-2 seconds cooldown between clicks
Observed/Actual behavior
When spamming a button in /island settings, for example the one that shows expert settings the server lags, tps goes down and ram usage skyrockets in a couple of seconds
Steps/models to reproduce
/island settings and spam on "change to expert" etc.
