BlockDropItemEvent support for treasure drops #140
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently it is impossible to intercept or get treasure drops from a block.
Describe the solution you'd like.
Calling the BlockDropItemEvent would be an option.
Describe alternatives you've considered.
A custom event would be an option as well but would require plugin developer to add explicit support.

- I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open issue regarding this.
- I have ensured the feature I'm requesting isn't already in the latest supported BentoBox build or Addons.
