Add more info for multipackage creation

https://biocontainers.pro/#/multipackage is cool, but it's not clear what to do when you have selected your favorite packages. It would be good to write where to make the pull request when saying "To create a container, please add the following string to this file as a pull request" (or even auto create the pr)
