Outdated request Dev dependency

The request dev dependency shown here https://github.com/BitGo/BitGoJS/blob/master/modules/bitgo/package.json#L150
is quite old and marked as deprecated for quite some time which is tripping up some of our automated tooling.

Is it possible to move to a newer version?
