Noob Q: How To Set Up

Hi, Thanks for the great looking template.
I have tried to set it up on Localhost - yet cant seem to get it right.
Not sure what to express so you can (maybe) assist me with this.

Tools and Stuff Installed:
Windows 10, XAmpp, Nodejs, NPM, Composer, Visual Studios, Github Desktop, Git Bash, WSL2, Tabnine, Bootstrap 4,, Chocolately, Python 3 v3, etc etc etc ...

I have installed via CMD : Laravel 8 and played around, I have installed CMD : Laravel Breeze and played around...

Please help me play around with this Breeze-Free-Boostrap-Admin-Template.
