Idea: Create a SharpVector Playground

Create an in-browser SharpVector Playground where you can write C# code and execute it in the web browser to easily test out Build5Nines.SharpVector.

I was looking into building this with Blazor to run all in the browser, but it looks like there needs to be a server-side component. I'll need to circle back to this when I have time.
