Error with Rscript bin/setupR.R #7

Hi!
In my lab, they've setup the "wet-lab" part for the integration sites. Now, It's time to analyze the data. However, I've been have trouble with the R setup script....
The main error is:
"Error in readRDS(pfile) :
cannot read workspace version 3 written by R 3.6.3; need R 3.5.0 or newer"
Is there a way to making it work?
And, in the case of the VM, it's not working as well, it says:
Rscript $INSPIIRED/components/intSiteCaller/intSiteCaller.R -j demo
Error: file.exists(sample_info_path) & file.exists(processing_info_path) is not TRUE
Can you help me with this error? I want to use your pipeline!
