INSPIIRED.conda.yml

I am trying to install on a new linux machine but the packages are not found ('resolvepackagenotfound') when running
conda env create -f bin/INSPIIRED.conda.yml
is there an updated version?
Hopefully I am missing something obvious.

Having the same issue.

OS: RHEL 7.6

Following the installation instructions utilising the latest miniconda3 the following packages are noted as missing:

Please update your installation instructions to reflect CURRENT versions of miniconda etc.

@arkays-code , were you ever able to solve your issues and get inpsiired installed via conda? I'm having similar issues on RHEL. It looks like development on inspiired has ceased. The last minor change to the repo was three years ago, and any other change was five years ago.

@arkays-code Thanks. I've reached out to the person of contact for the Bushman Lab's GitHub account asking if the Inspiired project is now defunct. I'm currently waiting for a response. I'll keep you updated.

I had contacted the person who is listed on the Bushman Lab's GitHub account. He reached out to one of the maintainers of INSPIIRED, and it initially looked like some progress was being made; however, it never went anywhere. I've basically given up. I don't want to trouble these guys too much. They provide this software for free and basically volunteer to code it. I'm just glad that they do this much, even though I can't get their software to work on my system. They do provide the source, so I believe it's going to be up to one of us to tweak it for our needs. It's not a priority of mine, but if I have time to get it working, I'll then submit a pull request to the maintainers. See issue #9

I worked on this source a long time ago. Not saying I can fix it, but what's the current use case? I remember this being an enormous door-to-door suite with a lot of architecture that I viewed as specific to the lab. These days a lot of this would come in Docker form. There's a lot of killer features nested in here, but perhaps there's something that's the focus of attention, that would be easier if it was isolated from the rest? I'm honestly pleasantly surprised by how interested everyone seems to be :)
