Bug: Timers are not created when adding a new timer. #820

Description
The above error occurs when adding a new timer.
I tried this on the latest codebase.
Steps to Reproduce
- Clear all UAC app data
- Uninstall the app
- Build it again and install the app (as if it is installed the first time on the device)
- Try to add a timer
