PROD: Right clicking on a node does not display node attributes

Right clicking on a node does not display node attributes as it used to in Classic. Any reason we took it out? If not, could you pl add back?

I think we just forgot to implement this feature during the switch to Cytoscape. I am currently working on cypress testing but if you think this has priority let me know (either message me or at the meeting tomorrow), and I can switch to this.
