Custom Map/Floorplans in Angular #966

Requesting Feature to add ability to load custom GeoJSON files in map view. This feature is present in MT Classic and allows user to conduct network analysis for floorplan. For example loading the node file, then adding the GeoJSON file in MT Classic (disable all other map types) could be used to generate:
geoJSON_test.json
geoJSON_test_nodes.csv
We could also generate some material for the user guide on how to do this. It would also be beneficial to find easier solutions to generate the GeoJSON and associated position of the nodes.
An alternate, maybe more straightforward approach would be to allow users to upload an image (such as a floorplan) to be the background image (we currently only allow background colors) and have users manually position nodes.
This feature could help users track disease outbreaks with a building such as a hospital.
