Consider hybrid reporting/ power user dashboard #36
Description
We initially planned this dashboard for analytic teams and the other one https://github.com/CDU-data-science-team/experiencesdashboard for clinical staff and managers.
Conversations with some staff have suggested that it might be useful to expand the offering so there is a 3rd middle offering-0 showing detailed analyses e.g. of confusion matrices and sentiment analyses but omitting more "analytic" stuff like hyperparameters and other details relating to model.
We need to design some sort of consistent interface so different users can see the stuff they want to see and nothing more.
