Debian package for ipfixprobe?

Hello, I was trying generate a Debian package for ipfixprobe, but failed. I see there are some Debian files in the repository, but they are outdated. Would you be open to updating the Debian package files with a guide to create such package? I am not asking you to maintain a Debian package, just to provide instructions how to create one for your project. Thank you.
