Input

Once you've created an input folder:

1. Add a file called input_years.csv into the input folder. These are the years that will be built. See templates/input_years_template.csv for the file format.
2. Create 3 subfolders: 1_MHN, 2_MFN_Freight, and 3_MRN_Travel (mirroring the structure of the scripts folder).
