Xcode 13 compatibility issue - Haptics.swift

Errors in Haptics.swift with changes in Xcode 13.

specifically: Enum cases with associated values cannot be marked potentially unavailable with '@available'

• Xcode Version: Xcode Version 13.0 beta 3 (13A5192j)
