Limit of 100,000 records export

**Describe the bug**
There appears to be a limit of 100,000 records that can be extracted. I'm not sure if this is a Dynamics limit, an Sdk limit, or this tool's limit but the Fast Record Counter XrmToolbox tool can count past it. 

**To Reproduce**
Export all records in a table with more than 100,000 records

**Expected behavior**
All records are to be extracted.
