Types are being used that are not generated

It seems there are types being used that are not generated? You can see a few examples of this in the generated code. I just started using this so sorry if missing something obvious.

Attempted import error: 'hyper_activityCreateInput' is not exported from '~/graphql/__generated__/inputs' (imported as 'Inputs').
ReferenceError: hyper_profileCreateNestedOneWithoutUsersInput is not defined
