New deprecated ini key name warning in Unreal 5.6

What happened?

Hi,

These new warnings are now displayed in the console when starting a project:

EditorErrors: Warning: Click to open file Found a deprecated ini key name in ../../../Engine/Plugins/Marketplace/Cesiumfo4a28c7d2eeceV9/Config/Engine.ini. Search for [RunningThreadedRequestLimit] and replace with [Removed]
LogConfig: Warning: Found a deprecated ini key name in ../../../Engine/Plugins/Marketplace/Cesiumfo4a28c7d2eeceV9/Config/Engine.ini. Search for [RunningThreadedRequestLimit] and replace with [Removed]

Environment

Cesium for Unreal version: CesiumForUnreal-56-v2.18.0 (downloaded from launcher)
Unreal Engine Version: 5.6.1
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045)

Reproduction steps

1. Open the "Cesium for Unreal Samples v2.18.0" project with Unreal 5.6 (any Cesium project will do)
2. Check the console, it should be the first two warnings

Sorry for the delayed response to this @jqntn! I confirmed that I can see the same errors in 5.6 with Cesium for Unreal Samples.

I'm not sure how immediately we can address this, since I believe those keys are needed pre-5.6 to enable better performance. But when 5.6 becomes the new baseline (as 5.8 is released), we can look into removing these altogether.
