Claude findings:

Vue node slot misalignment is caused by using object reference equality that breaks when Vue's reactivity recreates input objects.

Root cause:
NodeSlots.vue:99 uses which fails when objects are recreated, defaulting to filtered index instead of actual LiteGraph index.

Solution:
Replace object reference equality with stable property matching:
