Superscripts broken in Chapter 2

SA says "Should be the character #270 on the font".

Here's how it's supposed to be:
“Ｂｙ　ｄｏｉｎｇ　ｓｏ，　ｔｈｅｙ　ｃｏｍｐｒｅｓｓ　ａ　ｍａｓｓ　ｏｆ　１０[-24]ｋｇ　ｉｎｔｏ　ａｎ　ｅｘｔｒｅｍｅｌｙ　ｔｉｎｙ　ｓｐａｃｅ　ｏｆ　１０[-19]ｍ．”

(no brackets).
The first superscript character (-24) is 0x810F (charset[271]), the second superscript character (-19) is 0x810E (charset[270]).

I double-triple checked all of the information.
