SCSS PHP version 1.14.0

The project currently uses SCSS PHP plugin version 1.11.0, which needs to be updated to the latest stable version 1.14.0 to leverage new features and security improvements.

Motivations:

• Security Updates: Version 1.14.0 includes several security patches that address potential vulnerabilities
• Performance Improvements: Later versions contain optimizations for faster compilation times and reduced memory usage
• New Features: Access to new SCSS features and improvements like @use or @forward
• Technical Debt: Staying on older versions increases the maintenance burden and makes future upgrades more challenging
