Alarm Event Dates Change on DB Reload #2714
Description
Our current approach to updating the Alarm Handler is to edit the XML file, import it with AlarmConfigTool then reload the database by calling JMSSender_reload_DB.sh.
As a result, the alarm times are changed to when the import happened.
Is there a method of maintaining the actual alarm times between reloads?
