TASK: Remove colon from Settings Key #1547
Description
The settings key is used to connect forums, groups, and module defaults to the settings table. It contains an unnecessary colon which should be removed. G:29 should be G29. F:1 should be F1. This will allow settings key to be used in web api URLs.
