Migration from DNN Forums 5

This is an old SQL script that will help you migrate from the old DNN forums module (5.0.3) to an older version of Active Forums (v5), which was the predecessor to DNN Community Forums. This script is unsupported, has not been updated for newer versions of Active Forums nor DNN Community Forums and is included here ONLY as a reference for anyone who might need it.
