[DOCUMENTATION] FAQ on Apple/Google framework issues

Over at Immuni, someone suggested to document also the Apple and Google framework issues (see here).

This is a very good idea, and not so natural it seems given the reactions over at CoronaWarn.

Someone involved on the Swiss side should be documenting those framework issues. Given the structure of the repos and how skills are distributed, I am not sure where to put the suggestion. Feel free to move it around.

For instance, there is no good place to document and discuss the AEM tampering attack described by Vaudenay and Vuagnoux, leading to process failures such as described in #325.
