DISCUSSION: Documentation for the client

We should decide how we will document the Client library so other developers can use it as a reference point when using the client.

I have a couple of ideas on how we can do this:

• Create a website that documents the Client Library (We could set this up using a static website engine like Hugo).
• Use Markdown files here in GitHub.
