Description
Given the goal of making personas more pragmatic in operational day-to-day activities, identify with community input an integration that would make sense.
Connect persona definitions from devrel foundation services directly with:
- salesforce?
- airtable?
- zapier?
- notion?
- common room?
The idea being that you may be managing contacts (sales leads, community leads, etc.) and can assign a persona to each from your organization's persona set.
