There were a few pillars specifically called out in the definition. These should be expanded upon in a longer description.

• advocacy
• community engagement
• education
• technical support

what concerns me with this definition is if a company has devrel and the group is not responsible for technical support for example, does that mean they are not by definition doing devrel? try to reconcile

We should have a

• 3 second definition of devrel (which is probably what we have now -- a simple succinct statement)
• 3 minute definition of devrel (which teases apart some of this nuance)
• 30 minute definition of devrel

This is a step toward completing #96
