메시지는 다른 객체가 특정 기능을 수행하게끔 신호를 보내는 것. '개념'에 가까워.
메서드는 해당 객체가 메시지를 수신하여 작업을 수행할 수 있게 해주는 '구현체'
실행시간은 Runtime을 의미하고, 실행시간에 메서드를 선택한다는 것은 Polymorphism을 의미해.
