Codly 1.3.1 is unavailable

Using the latest typst version (0.13.1), I cannot get version 1.3.1 of codly:

The web version of typst returns the same error.

Unfortunately, version 1.3.1 has not been published to the package repository yet (see typst/packages#2850). Do you know, @Dherse, when you will find the time to finish publication..?
