Have Metadata in workflow resolvers reference information in workflow manifest #404
Description
Instead of having owned data in Metadata that is also available in the IoArgoprojWorkflowV1alpha1Workflow stored in Workflow (ie, duplicate data), have the Metadata fields be references, and instances of Metadata can refer to the manifest field of a Workflow.
