Description
In the Intel Moore House USD asset, materials are currently located under a root </materials> prim. While this works within the scope of that default stage, the material bindings will break if the geometry of the asset is referenced into another scene.
To better align with the USD Assets Working Group Asset Structure Guidelines, Intel Moore Land should be restructured such that assets better encapsulate both geometry and materials together for efficient referencing into a pipeline or workflow:

This could involve directly moving all material definitions to within the scope of the related asset, using the UsdNamespaceEditor and Relocates composition arc, or a more advanced structure with a global material library Reference, Inherits, or Specialize below the asset root prim.
