The documentation for this repository needs work

There is a documentation directory for this repository. synApps.html has been modified within the past year. But I can't figure out where this documentation is actually available as a Web page?

The README.md points to this page as the place to get more information:

That page points to this page as the location of releases and release notes:
https://www.aps.anl.gov/BCDA/synApps/Where-to-find-it

That page is way out of date, it has the most recent release as R6-1.

I can get new releases from this repository, e.g. R6-2-1. But where do I find the release notes for that version?

I assigned this to @keenanlang, in case he, like me, just learned of this issue today and since he was the last person to modify synApps.html. @prjemian may have some thoughts about making that documentation available too.
