Family command

Rationale

This command would let you quickly and easily look up other servers in the Vue Family and obtain a link to them instead of forcing people to go to the channel and scroll through all of the messages to find what they are looking for. The channel would still be available though, for people who want to look at them all at once.

There could also be an extra command like !family <name> <aliases> <server_url> that only works for gusto (I presume) and allows them to manage the Vue family. Whenever they add/remove/modify one of the entries, the changes would (or at least could) automatically be synced with the #vue-family channel, too.
