New Wiki docs

Hope it's ok with you all, I added two wiki docs to the hackerlabs repo this past weekend (7.30.2017).

I needed to do some customization for a workshop I ran yesterday, and I wanted to keep it closely tied with HackerLabs so for their next steps they can use it to do more modules and learn more.

As for the one wiki doc about how to create a Story Map, perfect world I'd like to polish that up, make it more airtight and solid, then maybe do a PR to add it as a new module to the Develop section, but I'll need a little more time with that.
